Each month includes one pound of Applewood Smoked Bacon and a featured salami or sausage. Examples include Salami with Black Truffles, Roasted Poblano Sausage, and Cajun Style Andouille. Some items will be exclusive to club members and unavailable in the store.

Shipments placed after the 15th begin the following month. Once the order is placed, recipients will receive a letter from Pine Street Market informing them of their membership. Substitutions are not available. Price includes shipping.
